Twelve Charleston-area business leaders were selected as finalists for the 2011 Influential Women in Business awards by the Charleston Regional Business Journal, and on October 27 WCSC General Manager, Rita Scott, was announced as the winner in the CEO category.

The finalists represented local Charleston women who have demonstrated professional excellence and leadership in their careers and community.
